Last year, we entirely shifted DreamShift to Australia to serve skilled migrants and international students who are trying to land jobs 🇦🇺

Our Goal was simple, and we had 2 customer personas we targeted:
1. International Students (485 Visa)
2. Skilled Migrants (189 / 190), (491 / 191), (482 / 186) & PR Visa Categories

We did months of research to understand the job market, assigned one developer to do fu1ll time research & development on Australian Job Market.

Most of the migrants are struggling to land jobs that match their academic background or previous work experience and settle for casual/part-time jobs.

We wanted to change this!

We created upskilling plans, AI Prompts, Job Application Tips & Startegies and decided to share them for totally free through our social media channels.

Our main platform was Instagram and we shared 100+ Reels & Carousels sharing our knowledge for totally free.

As a result our Audience grew to 12,000 Followers in Australia in just 9 Months!
